5. Cleaning pet messes and/or heavily soiled areas
6. Cleaning of mold and/or biohazardous material
7. Steam cleaning
8. Carpet cleaning
9. Deep stain removal
10. Landscaping and/or yard-work
11. Garages and/or patios (aside from basic sweeping)
