Our Staff

Our staff is fully trained, Insured and Bonded and all come with years of cleaning experience prior to working at Pristine House Cleaning. We do assign the same crew to your home without you having to request them. If you prefer a different crew, we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Are your cleaners bonded, insured, and background checked?

We are bonded and insured, and background checks are run against each person in each team we work with. This is one of the major benefits associated with using our business over an individual who may claim to take these precautions but does not.

Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?

Most clients are present for the initial cleaning to provide guidelines for our staff; but certainly you do not have to be there. You can leave the house after letting the cleaners in and giving them directions or you can even send your keys to us. Our maids are highly professional and trustworthy; you can feel safe with us. If you prefer not to leave your keys, special accommodations can be made.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks. (If you'd like to tip your cleaner you may use cash however.)

Do the cleaners come with their own supplies and do I need to provide equipment?

We supply basic equipment such as mops, wipes, cleaning solutions and vacuum cleaners. If you prefer for us to use your products and equipment, simply let our staff know while placing your order.

How do I get billed and pay for services?

We bill accordingly to services rendered on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. We only accpet ALL Major credit & debit cards Visa, Masetrcard, Discover & American Express at this time.

Do you clean on the weekends?

We work 6 days a week and start our first jobs at 7 am and finish around 6pm. We do our best to stay on live chat and phone to 7pm for any questions or booking concerns.

I have pets, is that ok?

Yes. For safety reasons, please make sure to keep any pets from obstructing our cleaner’s duties.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice to avoid a $40 fee.
